Now you don't have to put up with all these again, as NCC the body in charge of
monitoring the mobile phone network providers in Nigeria have come out with a short code to call anytime you feel the customer care representative of your service provider isn't treating you well.
The number to call is: 622.
Specifically NCC says you should call this number whenever there's an unresolved issue between you and your network provider.
Personally I think this is a welcome development as it will keep these service providers on their toes and make all these customer care representatives more cordial when trying to resolve any issue we bring to them.
